This gifted composer and musician died quite young. There were many benefic planets in his star configurations hemmed in by malefic ones and this unfortunate planetary combination signified unhappiness, and lack of success, in matters related to health and longevity, marriage, sexual satisfaction and even career. That he could create such sweet, stirring and emotionally satisfying music, while constantly having to fight his own inner demons, is a testament to his powerful create urge.

Mercury had a strong influence over his spiritual nature and this planet loves to create and communicate through short, quick bursts of insight. Thus, he was a master of song and chamber music above all else. His music is an affirmation of life, even if, at times, a bittersweet one. Few composers have given me more moments of serene joy.
