Measure the different parts of your body using a loose tape measure. Make sure the tape is not too tight:

1. Measure your chest size at the fullest part of your band.
2. Measure your band size by placing the tape just under your breasts.
3. Measure the waist at the belly button.
4. Measure hips at the widest part.
